Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt; we will notify you if an item cannot be supplied and refund any payment taken for it.

Images illustrate the products; screen settings can affect colours. The selected variant and description define what is included. Prices and availability may change for future orders. If we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it rather than charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

Read our shipping policy and return and refund policy before buying. Products may be fulfilled by third-party partners. Juliova remains your point of contact for resolving purchase issues; your rights do not depend on a supplier approving a claim.
